# Tips and Tricks

* When the bioplastic is wet and sticky and has no strength, you need to add more agar.
* Don't move the bioplastic from its casting spot until it's completely dried, as it will be more transparent this way.
* Plasticizer is pretty much a must!
* Mold might grow on your bioplastic. A way to combat this is to make thinner castings, as these will dry faster. You might also have luck with a dehydrator, though I haven't tried. You may also have success killing the mold by freezing it, too.
