# Test #6 with Sorbent #1

![](/files/tB5SBHgx1NOdljFuI38Y)

Notes: A big failure. The ppm barely changed when I added water. I used a tea bag to hold the resin in the lowering and raising system, and it fell off at some time and broke, and I didn't notice. I suspect it fell off early on (in the first quarter).

Time water added: 1:11

Time water taken away: 1:13

Start ppm: 992

End ppm: 1006

Rise ppm: 14

Total time frame: 1 hr 35 min

Experiment time frame: 1 hr 29 min (starting when I added water)

Test chamber: MK3

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://nicholsonlabs.gitbook.io/labs/carbon-capture/tests/test-6-with-sorbent-1.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
